- These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the conditions for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") operated by Nya Corp (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and the Company. By using the Services, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

- The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will be displayed on the Services, and the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
- 2. Trademarks and Copyrights
- The trademarks, logos, and trade names used in the Services are the property of the Company or its affiliates. The right to use these belongs to the Company.
- All content within the Services (text, images, audio, video, etc.) is owned by the Company or its affiliates. Unauthorized reproduction, use, alteration, public transmission, sale, etc., are prohibited.
- 3. Privacy
- The handling of personal information in the Services is governed by the Company's separately established "Privacy Policy."
- 4. Cancellations
- The Customer is deemed to have agreed tothe cancellation policy
- 5. Prohibited Acts
- The Customer must not engage in the following acts when using the Services:

- Acts that infringe on the rights of the Company or others
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
- 6. Disclaimer
- The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the interruption, suspension, termination, or change of the Services.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the Customer in connection with the Services unless there is intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
- 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Disputes concerning these Terms and the use of the Services shall be governed by Japanese law and resolved in the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
